Repairs and servicing
We offer a variety of servicing and repairs for watches as well as gold/silver jewellery. Services range from a watch/jewellery clean (free of charge for The Diamond Box customers) to a full watch overhaul (starting at £100). Our team of expert jewellers will carry out these services for you on site at our jewellery store in North West London.
As all of the products we sell are silver/gold it is important to look after them in order to withhold their value, we recommend cleaning them around once a month and polish when necessary depending on usage.
We endeavour to have all items returned within the shortest possible time frame however quality and precision are of our highest priority.
Watch repairs and servicing
Does your watch need a service? Generally, we suggest that your watch should be serviced roughly every 2 years to keep it in good condition.
We have a trusted serviceman who will undertake all tasks including full service, glass replacement and waterproof testing (2-3 weeks). On site we have a dedicated refurbishment team and can polish your watch within 48 hours, We also offer an immediate free cleaning service for all of our customers.

Jewellery repairs and servicing
Our experienced jewellers take on some of the most complex challenges daily and we pride ourselves in consistently offering the best service. We will always use the most suitable method to repair your jewellery
and of course ensure that this in no way causes any damage.
Repairs
- We offer both gold and silver repairs; on site the team can size and resize rings, replace stones, solder gold or silver, replace clasps etc. More complicated tasks may need to be sent off site.
Cleaning
- Over time jewellery naturally becomes a little worn, the team are able to clean and polish your items so they are immediately looking back to their original condition.
